We recently bought a house and with out a doubt Frank and his team were unbelievable!!! We had a short period of time to get out of our house so Frank spent all weekend with us looking at houses and almost at the end of our list, we found it. Frank and his team work so incredibly hard and we closed escrow in 21 days. We wouldn't have been able to do it without you Frank! Not planning on moving anytime soon, but if you are Frank is your guy!!
I will give Frank Van Dyke Real Estate 5 stars he is a great person and excellent Business Real Estate Broker very good family man. And he takes the extra mile for his friends and family and his staff every day. If you want a home or corporate business offices go to Frank he is the best Broker in the entire United States.
I have worked with Frank for some time now and closed many transactions together. As a transaction coordinator I can honestly say Frank is very knowledgeable about the real estate marked and he knows how to write up and negotiate contracts (which in many cases a bad contract can cost the client a lot of money). He put his client's interested first and is very professional. If you are looking for a great realtor, I would recommend Frank Van Dyke.
