I went to the facility for the first time for my annual exam , the dr amazing, now I received a bill for that visit that is a free annual visit. They want to charge me $300. I calle several times and they don’t want to transfer me with a supervisor. I emailed nothing. I guess I have to come here for someone to listen to??? You guys are a rip off.
The Drs are very kind and listen to any concerns I may have 😊
This is for the office staff for giving me crap for being 12 minutes late to my appointment. Not sure what is going on, but there is zero parking now, never had that issue before. Of course the last time I was here I had to wait for the doctor for over an hour. I guess my time is not important....
