Hello, if I could give zero starts - i would. My mother and I have taken time off work not once, but twice, in order to receive a call ( scheduled ) and we did not receive any form of communication agreed upon. There wasn't any cancellation, no emails, text messages to indicate that they would not call. Very unprofessional and frankly, a waste of time. I would not recommend.
I had called didn't receive a call back been 4 days decided too call back too find out don't deal with WSIB claim but on website mr van dyle law .name pops up first
Couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Sent a 10 page statement pre-phone call, not read, wanted me to sum it up in 15 seconds. Zero help. This matter was settled by another law firm who took the time to listen to me.
