Grant VanDyke is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He helped us buy a house in Cave Creek and made the entire process as smooth as possible, even though we were out of state buyers. Grant was patient, always punctual, and consistently went above and beyond, especially during the inspection and closing process when we could not be there in person.
