Working with Grand Van Dyke was a pleasure we started working with him four years before we purchased our house and at that time we told him we were not buying for several years and that never seemed to phase him. Every time we came out west to look at properties he spent the entire week with us many hours per day looking at Dozens of houses. He always kept in touch in between our visits.
