The building and management have gone down the path of greed unfortunately. This use to be a gem in this area but in the past 2 years they have raised rent over 20% for everyone currently living in the building. The parking lot always has cars being broken into, the building not only doesn’t help but they can’t because they are too cheap to install proper security cameras. Their answer now is to take away half of parking and charge an ex $40 for the safest spots behind the building instead of installing something for securit... read more

Have lived here for 5 years now, extremely happy with this complex. The building is older, which is a good thing overall i.e. thick walls = can't hear your neighbors. Management/maintenance is very helpful, they just require that you follow policy (not too hard to ask, IMO). If you come here to party, you probably won't fit in. But if you want a very solid, quiet place in a central location all at a very reasonable price, you'll be very content living here.
