I like my place and Samantha is a great manager and very helpful and friendly and the maintenance are when you need them they are right on time and also helpful l just love my place and the that works here and my community seems to be welcoming 👍

lived here for a year. I handed over the apartment on September 1, 2024. I handed over the apartment as it was delivered to me and I have not received my deposit of 1,200. It is incredible that I was so responsible in paying my rent on time and now you are not returning my deposit. I have left many messages and calls and the administrator does not answer my calls or messages to resolve my deposit.
