Poor customer service. Front dest staff should get some training on providing good customer service when things go wrong. Her bag of tricks is pretty empty. Expensive. Non-compromising. I'd go somewhere else if I were you.

Dr. Kahl is a wonderful and caring vet and her staff is excellent.
This was my first visit. The staff was very kind, but I especially appreciate the doctor’s logical approach to a difficult situation with my senior cat. I will definitely return with the rest of my herd.
Dr. Kahl and Ms. Cindy are wonderful with our rescue dog Gracie. Highly recommend!!
Love this place! Dr. Kahl and her staff are all friendly, caring, kind and patient...even with my old cantakerous cat that has now gone to the Heavyside! My dog loves them! Have been going here for several years and have nothing bad to say at all!
