I live alone and had serious UTI with the complication caused sepsis and ended up in the ER. After 2 weeks in Holy Name hospital I was still too weak to go back home, so they transferred me to rehabilitation center. I spent one month in the Family of Care facility and only had positive words to express my gratitude to the people and staff members I met there. ​"Finding a care facility you can actually trust is rarely easy, but this place stands entirely in a class of its own. Year after year, multiple members of my family have returned here after hitting disappointing dead ends at other facilities. From the spotless environment and welcoming energy to the exceptional doctor leading the team, everything runs with genuine care and high professionalism.
