Great service. Their techs are great at diagnosing problems. They offer 24/7 on call if you're a customer. Though all their techs are good... special shout to Andy who knows my furnace inside out.
Furnace wasn't working and they came out within the hour and solved the problem. Staff on the phone were great and technician was efficient and friendly.
We are very grateful to Van Doren Oil CO for taking good care of us for over 23 years. They installed a new tank when we moved in, they supply oil when the cost per gallon is down and kept our old boiler going for years and now just installed an Energy Kinectics boiler in an extremely tight space. Kind, patient team members with great office staff!
We have been with Van Doren for 9 years now and we absolutely love them. We use them for service, oil deliveries and a new furnance install. Andy is the best!! His attention to detail, workmenship and knowledge is truly one to commend. I highly recommend using Van Doren!
