We were previously using Petro Oil & without any warning, they deemed our tank as broken & stopped delivery. This led to pipes bursting & we were without any oil/heat for Christmas. We called Van Doren on 12/26 evening to see if we could get a technician out to confirm our tank was safe & for an oil delivery ASAP.
