Contacted Tim and was told he’d get back to me as he was busy at the moment. Never heard back from him after following up with email, text and a phone call over the course of a couple weeks. He’s read both texts I sent (read receipts on). He’s clearly not a man of his word and I’m glad I figured it out this way. Came off as disrespectful, unprofessional, and untrustworthy, would not recommend.
This team is fantastic. Had a busted pipe leaking in my basement and Tim was super patient and responsive to help talk me through the immediate crisis and got back to me right away the next morning and recommended an excellent water repair cleaning service.
