I have been looking for an eye doctor and was considering Dr Van Der Hayden until he used profanity and yelled at a professional associate of mine. He was completely unprofessional with her, condescending and berated her although she has been with him for quite a few years. She really liked him until this past week. After her testimonial, there is a 0.0% chance of me contacting this office. Anger management for the Dr!
Very helpful and explains exactly what is going on. Dr Van Der Heyden is friendly and always very thorough. I would recommend him without hesitation
Great practice, extremely knowledgable and experienced.
While Dr Van der Heyden has been pleasant, his main receptionist Kristin has been consistently rude over several appointments. I’ve tried to be respectful despite her unprofessional behavior, but she continued to be condescending and impatient with me without any provocation. I am immediately changing to a new practitioner based solely on Kristin’s consistent unpleasant behavior.
Dr. Van Der Heyden Is best! Very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
