Found this local place near me on a whim because I needed my wedding ring resized and sautered together. They did mine in a day, less than! AND it’s gorgeous. Very pleased. Thank you Van Dell!
Extremely friendly and helpful. Store was going through a little bit of an inventory shuffle when i went in , but the selection was/is still fantastic . Maria helped me to restring and have clasps added to several necklaces and bracelets, and she did everything in a timely manner. I think i will be using them to make a custom ring . Staff was all very knowledgeable. Overall great selection , quality and service. Have gone several times and will always recommend
I brought in a couple of my watches to get serviced here. That was about 10 or 11 months ago. When I first walked into the store, everyone was a little off put. In all fairness, I had just gotten done work. I was in a torn up shirt, sweat and wood chips on me, god knows what else. If they didn’t look at me funny, I would’ve thought that strange.
