What a horrible experience! They placed me with a young person with GREEN hair! I knew when I saw her, I was at the wrong salon. DON'T PUT A 74 year old lady with someone with GREEN HAIR for God's sake.! What is wrong with you people? Worst haircut I have ever had! I'm ashamed to even step outside my door. She also had no conversational skills so I pretty much sat in silence. And like so many others, I left with a wet head!!! Unimaginable!!! AVEDA is spiraling downward very quickly.
