Aaron was patient and took the time to listen to what the problem was. He made time in the schedule to have me bring the van in so he could have eyes on it before giving me a repair estimate. He stayed in communication letting me know the part had been ordered and when it was excepted to arrive. When the part was in I was contacted and an appointment scheduled.
