We were lied to about a park across our street. I found out completely on my own. Then to add insult to injury, we didn’t know we had a terrible color house and I didn’t get stone like other people that paid the same did. I’m beyond disappointed.

Purchased a home in February and competed in August in Northern California. While they build nice homes, the attention to detail, especially in the final build phase is seriously lacking! It shows in their sub-contractors. I've been in my home for almost two months and have had to deal with many issues that should have been taken care of before the sale date. for sure the worst home builder in santa clarita. we have been in the home for over 4 months and still so many problems. im me if you want to know more, everyone of my neighbors also have many problems. very sad in this new home
