Called because our furnace wasn’t kicking on. When the tech got here the furnace kicked on and worked properly the whole time. All the tech did was clean a sensor. The tech, Derek, told me I would only be billed for a residential visit fee. When I got my bill, they charged me $139 for labor on top of a $60 visit fee and another $5 fee. The repair was completed, but the final bill was far higher than expected. Charged full labor time including time spent leaving to obtain parts, in addition to separate service fee. The pricing and part markups were not clearly explained which made the total feel excessive for the work performed.
Installed geothermal unit for our home. Easy to work with. Showed up on time and great customer service.
We had them do lines and drain for a sink in the garage. They did an excellent job and great price. Very friendly and respectful of the property. Will be using them again when needed! Thank you!!
