Negative starts if that was a thing. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT take your car here. We had an insurance claim for our car and asked that they review for the extent of the damage. APPARENTLY to even get started they needed an authorization. I SPECIFICALLY said not to start any repairs until we knew the extent of the damage. I can see why this location is reviewed so poorly. Without looking at my Mother's vehicle after a minor collision, they determined that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that she needed to get a rental car and leave her vehicle with them to look at on Mondayn they would then make an estimate for her insurance. I was assured by Tiffany that any repairs would be over my Mother's 500 dollar insurance deductible. Terrible experience. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. When I said I wanted to pay for some repairs out of pocket, they literally threatened to charge me a daily fee unless I gave them my insurance. Very quickly called their bluff and made other plans for the repair.
