I had the best experience at Van Cleef & Arpels Chicago. Helen helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and truly professional. The service was perfect from start to finish. A special thank you for the extra chocolates for my son — that small gesture really made my day 😊 I know this boutique doesn’t need reviews, but I just wanted to say thank you to Helen for understanding exactly what I was looking for. Can’t wait to come back for my second bracelet! 💛

My experience visiting van cleef in Chicago was awful. I visited this location traveling from out of town Saturday October 4th around 12:45pm. The lady working that afternoon (foreign decent) stood in the doorway and asked me what I needed (refused to allow me to enter). I explained to her that I had called Van Cleef following a recent purchase of a necklace to get an extender added to make my necklace longer, I was instructed to visit a nearby store to receive further assistance. I’ve purchased multiple pieces of jewelry here and have had a great experience every time. Malena, Alex and the manager have all been great! I was even more surprised when Malena remembered my name and it’s been almost a year since I last visited! Wow!

I had the pleasure of working with Alexander during my recent appointment at Van Cleef & Arpels, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into appointment at 10 am, Alexander’s greeted me with warmth and friendliness. The bracelet I was interested in wasn't in stock, but he showed me the stone variations, helped me decide on a size, and placed my order. I have the white Pearl Alhambra necklace that I bought 5 years ago and wanted to stop by the store in Chicago to look at another necklace but in black and gold. The store is completely empty but I was not allowed to enter without an appointment. So I called to come in and they said that no one was available. I see three or four sales associates and no one in the store. Yet they don't have time to see me. Apparently, making a sale is not the priority of this store.
