I stopped by the downtown store today just to browse, but ended up having a wonderful experience thanks to Courtenay. The store had five-flower bracelets in red, white, and grey, which was such a nice surprise. Courtenay was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and we had a really pleasant conversation.
