Here are two 10 mop motifs yellow gold, taken a week a part. The one in Hawaii, the gold is more yellow and shiny and the pearls look shiny. The one in Vancouver, Canada the gold is not as yellow and not shiny. The mops are not as white and not as shiny. I think they give bad shipment to Canada and all the good stuff to Americans.

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about the service at this location! Every time I come to the store I am greeted immediately, seated with a drink offer, and receive dedicated service from a sales associate. Lucas helped me purchase the frivole necklace, then also later helped me have it customized and the chain lengthened, which was complimentary. He even included an extra box of delicious chocolates for my partner. Everyone in the store is always kind and welcoming. Some of the best customer service I’ve received!

When my husband purchased me a necklace, he was informed it could be extended by up to 5 cm. At the time, the sales associate didn’t mention any timeline for the service. Due to health reasons, I wasn’t able to bring the necklace in right away, and by the time I could, I was initially told there would be a charge for the extension.
