Went to the shop to pick up a jewery piece with my significant other and both Elisabeth and assistant manager were courteous and patient with the process. Ended up not getting the bracelet but the whole experience was best I could hope for and will be back again. Thanks again.
My fiancé and I (from Washington) visited to try on wedding rings. We were very likely to purchase them but decided to wait since our wedding isn’t soon. Instead, we bought a necklace for ~$1,800 plus ~12% Canadian tax. Before purchasing, we asked the sales associate if there would be any customs duty when crossing the border and were told no, but just make sure to declare everything. I have been shopping here for the past few years and I think what makes me continue is my wonderful sales associate Ryoko. Shes so wonderful and sweet. She goes over and beyond to give us the best time at the store and not only that, send us wonderful surprises on special occasions. I think I am truly blessed to have met her.
