I stopped by the downtown store today just to browse, but ended up having a wonderful experience thanks to Courtenay. The store had five-flower bracelets in red, white, and grey, which was such a nice surprise. Courtenay was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and we had a really pleasant conversation. She has a great sense of what suits each customer — with her suggestion, I tried on the white five-flower bracelet, and it turned out to be a perfect match for me. Wendy is very patient, detail-oriented, and professional. The earrings I bought earlier felt tight at first, but with her advice and adjustments, they are now very comfortable to wear. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend her!
Worst store , nobody should visit this place. Management sucks, they discriminate based on ethnicity in 2026. They Tell their security guards to use different dirty washroom than the regular one. They do not treat humans like humans. Do better
