I bought a necklace from here and bobby my sales associate was very helpful with my purchase. He was very kind and even spoke Chinese, which was very nice. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, he walked us through some of the pieces. Gave us a very pleasant first time experience at van cleef & arpels. Would recommend going to Bobby for service.

On multiple occasions, I have been turned away at the door stating I need an appointment. This time, I was told that in order to enter, I’d need to purchase an item online and then pick it up on the store to try on, no option to shop at the store. I frequent Cartier and Tiffany & co. in this mall and have always received wonderful service. The service here is truly disappointing and the worst of the luxury stores in this mall.
