I’m really quite concerned about the customer service and responsiveness of those that work in this location. My husband made an appointment to purchase a necklace that we were told originally was not in stock and then when I called the main number, I was told it was. We then made an appointment for my husband to go in and purchase a necklace and when he got there, he was told to sit down and wait Because nobody was available to help him. I bought a necklace from here and bobby my sales associate was very helpful with my purchase. He was very kind and even spoke Chinese, which was very nice. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, he walked us through some of the pieces. Gave us a very pleasant first time experience at van cleef & arpels. Would recommend going to Bobby for service.
