The male staff was polite during the whole process. I bought a Vintage Alhambra Diamond necklace and it was so shinny and gorgeous. It was $9440 with tax and it was definitely pricey but I’m so satisfied and happy for my purchase. The 1inch extension was free and it took 7 working days.

I visited this branch with my friend on Tuesday, but we didn't make any purchases. The store was surprisingly quiet, with staff and sales associates mostly engrossed in their computers and seemingly uninterested. After a while, an older woman approached us and asked what we were looking for, but she didn’t seem very bothered. Regardless, I appreciate your effort in making my decision easier.
