I came into the boutique during Mother’s Day week to surprise my mom with her very first Van Cleef & Arpels piece, and unfortunately the experience was incredibly disappointing. There was no warmth, excitement, or effort from our SA to make the experience feel special. Went to get a bracelet serviced, and was told it would be a 20 min wait, which is fine, but then was proceeded be told, we had to wait outside! An 8k bracelet to then be told to wait outside. I can buy nicer jewelry at other stores, and be treated with more respect!
