I live in Florida and visited this VCA boutique during Labor Day weekend while on a getaway to Atlanta. Worst store ever ! Customer service is in the toilet, they do not follow up or answer phone calls (Sharon) the inventory is small . Avoid this location ! Go where you are appreciated as a customer.

When you walk by they give you the dirtiest stare and are by no means inviting, if you want to buy Vancleef don't go to this boutique I have been twice and they are very mean people.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Van Cleef today. I may not have been dressed to the nines or wearing makeup, but that shouldn’t affect how I’m treated as a potential customer. I wasn’t there to loiter or waste anyone’s time—I came with the intent to make a purchase. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a security guard and a gentleman at the velvet rope, with two sales associates standing by the cases and not a single other customer in sight.
