SA Sophia is 5 stars. Very sweet, honest and helpful. Always a good and fun experience with her. Until they move to Phipps later this year, the store is pretty small, which means you really can’t just walk in to shop around. You need an appointment and what you might be looking for might not be there. Seems like the inventory comes in waves. I’ve been there, where there is not much, and other times have been lucky. Sharon and the manager working are awesome. The guy working the entrance is the best. 5 start but MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
We had an amazing experience at the boutique inside Neiman Marcus. Our sales advisor, Sophia was wonderful! She ordered items for us and advised on our selections. Her customer service was top notch. We highly recommend visiting Sophia for your next VCA purchase!
