I don't think I've ever been treated so poorly when wanting to drop $5000 in a store. I ended up buying what I needed online for our daughter and I'll never buy anything Van Cleef EVER AGAIN. To be clear - there were ZERO customers in the store and THREE employees not helping anyone when I went there to purchase exactly what I knew I wanted (which WAS in stock and in the store) and they still would not help me or allow me to quickly purchase the item.

Let me lead by saying that I did not have an appointment but I knew exactly what I wanted. I go to the store which has nobody in it besides the ppl who work there. After greeting the lady I ask if I can purchase whatever said items. She states no because I don’t have an appointment and she’s waiting on her appointment. With my wedding and a milestone birthday approaching, I wanted to commemorate this new chapter with a memorable piece of jewelry. SA Sophia is 5 stars. Very sweet, honest and helpful. Always a good and fun experience with her. Until they move to Phipps later this year, the store is pretty small, which means you really can’t just walk in to shop around. You need an appointment and what you might be looking for might not be there. Seems like the inventory comes in waves. I’ve been there, where there is not much, and other times have been lucky.
