Let me lead by saying that I did not have an appointment but I knew exactly what I wanted. I go to the store which has nobody in it besides the ppl who work there. SA Sophia is 5 stars. Very sweet, honest and helpful. Always a good and fun experience with her. Until they move to Phipps later this year, the store is pretty small, which means you really can’t just walk in to shop around. You need an appointment and what you might be looking for might not be there. Seems like the inventory comes in waves. I’ve been there, where there is not much, and other times have been lucky.
