Excellent Customer Service I recently had the pleasure of visiting Van Cleef & Arpels in Yorkdale Mall for the second time. The team welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. They even offered us something to drink while we were waiting for the sales agent Julie Wang. I cannot praise the experience highly enough we received from Julie Wang. Great thanks to Helen and Angela at the store for my necklace resizing! They’re the best - very patient and sweet people 🫶 This is definitely a busy store though (quite small in area) so definitely make appointment ahead online/ via SA. Also heard that the popular collections like Alhambra is out of stock after the holidays. PS The Canadian boutique also has better chocolate than the Japanese boutique.

Last year, the first time we tried to visit, we were told we needed an appointment, even though the store was empty!!! Which honestly made us not want to come back. My husband and I decided to give it another chance, and I’m so glad we did! This time, we didn’t need an appointment, and the experience was completely different.
