I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Carrie at this luxury retail boutique. Professionalism, communication, and support were severely lacking. The manager created an uncomfortable and stressful environment that did not reflect the level of service and standards you would expect from a luxury brand. Concerns were often dismissed rather than addressed constructively, which negatively impacted both morale and the overall experience. I truly hope leadership takes feedback more seriously moving forward!

Uncomfortable experience at this location. We came in to shop for wedding bands the past Saturday. When I showed your associate my engagement ring to find a match (per her request), she kept pushing to know where it was from, eventually asking, "i mean, WHAT BRAND?" VCA team, do I need to pass a brand name background check to shop at your store? After all the personal interviewing questions, the worst part?
