The sales who served us today was a very rude lady. Her selling style was very aggressive- she made sarcastic jokes about cheaper bracelets, saying those are for kids. When we said we needed to think about it - she said which ones? She could make the online order for us right now. The whole experience was terrible. For that reason, we walked away.

Really disappointed with Van Cleef at Crystals. I called earlier to confirm they’d be open, but when I arrived—an hour before their Google posted closing time—the doors were already locked. Inside, I saw a caucasian blonde woman and an asian man, along with a security guard. We made eye contact, but no one acknowledged me or made any effort to explain why the store was closed early as I tried to open the door. There was no sign, no notice, nothing. This was a letdown, dismissive and unprofessional.

I had terrible experience with this shop. Blonde tall sales lady and manager Alex(?). They are very rude and racist. I never ever go back there. I wish I can return the jewelry I got it from there. I read some bad reviews for that sales person and manager but they are still working there. I can’t believe that. I used love Vancleef jewelry. They need to educate their representatives. Good luck!!!

A high-end jewelry piece should not tarnish within months, yet that’s exactly what happened. Instead of standing by their product, customer service dismissed concerns, insisting it was “normal wear and tear.” No accountability, no solutions, just condescending excuses. Luxury prices should come with luxury quality and service, not defective jewelry and gaslighting. Avoid this brand.
