RecommendedMy husband purchased the 6 motifs from the other store for my birthday. And because it doesn't fit me nicely, we wanted to exchanged it to the 10 motifs instead. We assumed that they will send us a return label, considering how much we have spent for the necklace but they said no. So we called the Houston boutique and talked to one of the SA, Ben, and helped my husband with everything even tho we didn't purchased the necklace from the boutique.
