Have had a lovely experience working with Frankie! After returning from Paris, I had a piece that I purchased there that I hoped to have extended and find a piece to stack with it. Frankie was so patient with me and helped me create the most beautiful stack! He has been so easy to work with and kind as I look for new pieces! Definitely recommend working with Frankie- he’s the best!
Would not recommend working with this location. We bought our wedding bands from Van Cleef Paris. They let us know we could get them resized within the first year complimentary at any Van Cleef location in the world. We traveled here from Charleston, SC the month after we purchased the band because my husband's ring was very clearly too large. We were told we shouldn't get it resized and were denied the service. 2 years later the ring was still incredibly loose on my husband and we headed back to this store location (again, ... read more

Very $$$ oriented service. They were nice to show us some bracelets, but the moment we said we needed to think about it, the salesperson put everything back and said, "Thank you." I hope I had a recording to show how quickly her face just changed. Very disappointed experience.
The best experience ever. The reviews made me nervous for a month to go inside this place but I worked up the nerve as I have been desiring a couple Van Cleef pieces. I’m so thankful to have met Ashley and to have worked closely with her. She was so patient, soft spoken and kind! She never negate to offer me beverages or chocolates multiple times! lol Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I truly love my birthday pieces!
