I recently visited the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I’m not a first-time customer, and I’ve always admired Van Cleef & Arpels for its craftsmanship and beauty, which makes this experience even more upsetting. During my visit, I wasn’t offered different styles or sizes to compare, nor was I properly informed about all the available options.
