Horrible dealership. Would not suggest anyone to do business there. Once the sale has been made, goodbye customer service. Blake Fanning says in his commercials, "no gimmicks, just good value". Not true. ,
Stopped in to get a Key Fob and they took care of it real quick.
Horrible customer service. No loyalty after purchasing 4 vehicles. Unless you're buying a Corvette or Cadillac you get treated like they're doing you a favor by selling you a car.

We loved our car-buying experience at Van Chevrolet! We looked at several dealerships and brands before landing here. Joe Cardwell was the BEST salesperson ever. He did not pressure us into buying at all. High pressure salespeople have the opposite effect on us, and make us not want to buy anything! Joe cared more about us getting the deal we wanted, for the price we could afford, than about making any old sale. Tim Barney is the guy to see!! I went to Van this evening and after about 2.5 hours I was driving off the lot in my new car. Interest rate being completely doable and my payment being lower than what I told Tim I could afford. I had an amazing experience and am in love with my new ride! Thanks Tim and thanks Van Chevrolet!!!! PS: also a shout-out to the finance guy Deric, he was so nice and kept me laughing while getting paperwork squared away which didn’t take long at all!
Flat tire on a loaner car. Called to see what I needed to do. “You can have your boyfriend put the spare on for you” is what was suggested to me over the phone. Thank you for assuming that I am incapable of a simple spare tire change
The managers at Van Cheverolet play typical head games. They are uprofessional and dishonest. They offered us $4500 on a trade in which we ended up getting $7500 from another dealer. I would not recommend Van to anyone!!
