Marcus did an amazing job to get me a good price on my trade in for my Ford Focus and monthly payments on a 2018 Chevy Cruze LT. He was so nice! My dad, him and myself were discussing baseball and football. My dad thought it was awesome that one of his favorite football players was related to Marcus. We laughed and enjoyed the time waiting for prices. He has called to check on me and how my car was doing so far. Just waiting for my spare key Fab,title and sales tax. Love this place! Haven’t needed anything since moving back to kc and this is the first place I called when my SRX needed some service. I was able to get it in the day after I called. Jarrett in service was who helped me and he was awesome and so easy to work with! Very communicative with everything and also made sure I understand completely what was going on!
Absolutely loved it here! I first spoke with Mallory, super sweet girl and answered any questions I had over the phone. When I showed up I worked with Tim Barney while purchasing my vehicle. Tim was so nice, patient and professional. Also funny! As my first vehicle purchase I had an extreme amount of anxiety but he made me feel way better about it. I'm sorry to report that my positive sales experience has turned into a very negative service experience. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out because they were so busy (apparently they only have one electrical/trim tech). That was fine, as I'm a patient guy. At drop off, they didn't tell me they were still so booked up that my vehicle wouldn't even get into the shop at all that day. I got that call at 4:00 PM. you don't want me toshare my experence. I Madr an appointment for 9:00. Most places, when you make an appointment get you in soon had an oil change and tire rotation. It was all under a maintance agreement I got when I bought the car. The service guy came out to get me at 1200 Noon. The reason was that 10 cars show up for an oil change at the same time. My question is why it took 3 hours to have my oil changed when I made an appointment 5 days before?
