customer service was horrible sales manager approved me for a vehicles signed papers signed over my title drove home the new ar to get a call that next Tuesday to come in when I got there they told me unless i had 9,000 dollars i needed to give the car back.... when I was trying to figure out what happened everyone I spoke with was RUDE and inconsiderate (shawn and Ryan) will never come back very dissatisfied with my experience find somewhere else to go
Waited 3 hours for an oil change and vehicle inspection I made an appointment for. I made an appointment for 9 and left at noon. the inspection time concluded at 11. No apology, explanation, or regard for my time. Now after driving home, my car is bucking which has never happened before. It'd be hard to convince me it wasn't to do with careless work, seeing as I just got a tune up and my car passed inspection before they changed my oil.
Took my car for routine service. While it was there, service coordinator called to tell me the power steering pump needed to be replaced and tried to get me to tell him to do it. I refused and took it to Roberts in Platte City. There examination showed no leaking and no need to replace. STAY AWAY FROM VAN’S SERVICE! Drive a little further to Robert’s honest department.
It was very quick and very professional. I would recommend it for service.

Customer service was not in play in my search for a used truck. Multiple emails, multiple messages left, all over two days and NO response. Then the management team tells me they will not accept an offer lower than their asking price. I guess you don‘t need a new customer. I have lived in Clay/Platte county for over 60 years, bought at least 15 Chevrolet but none from Van, I can now see why!,,
