RecommendedBack in May my husband and I went to 2 other dealerships before coming to Van. I wish we would have just came here first. The other two dealerships we visited kept hassling us about financing when we told them we were going to pay cash. We worked really hard to save up for our vehicle. When we found the car we wanted at Van, and the guy started in to the paperwork and asked how we plan to pay, and we told him cash, he said great, and kept continuing on with the paperwork. They do not keep their word. I bought a car and was told that the detail department was busy and to go ahead and take it home and then bring it back at my convenience. Now I am here at my convenience and they say they are going to charge me for the service.

I went in to ask some questions. I spoke with Nicki Rockert, and she made sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood all of my options. When I’m prepared to buy my next vehicle I will return to do business with her. The level of customer service she showed was exceptional.
Went there after a car accident and the body shop was awesome from the lady that answers the phone to Christina who was with me from start to finish answering all my questions and giving every concern relevance (no matter how simple). If I ever need body work again this is my new go to. Made a difficult situation simple, stress free and so pleasant!
Just wanted to give a big thanks to Blake Fanning on my Cadillac, he made me a great deal on the car. The service was amazing and I was out the door within the hour. Awesome dealership.
