Great people. They treat you like a real person and care about what you want, not what they want to sell you
Not very transparent in how they break down their oil change prices. They claim the engine additive (I learned after they did it my impala manual actually discourages oil additives) is free but they charge you for it. They said they discount the rest of the prices to make it free but thats not what they said from the beginning which was frustrating. My husband and I will continue to travel the extra twenty minutes to get better service at Randy Reed.
I went with my sister to get her new 2017 Chevy Trax! We worked with this hella chill down to earth, awesome guy named Cameron. When you go in go for your new car ask him he'll hook you up and get the job done. Thank you Cameron and Derek!! ���
