Lived here for just under 7 years while I was paying off my student loans. The varnish on the floors was peeling off because it was incorrectly applied, and it was coming off in chips that stuck to skin and laundry The tiles in the bathroom were falling off the wall, if you pressed on the window it visibly leaned out. The management told me over and over for the first 6 years that "someone was coming to give a quote on windows" and the 7th year they told me they "couldn't fix it while I was living there." The leasing office is very nice and makayla was great at answering my questions!
Don’t move here, especially if you’re not straight. They are very discriminatory. They approved me for an apartment. I got the approval letter and everything and I would call and ask them what the status of my application was and they never sent it up. Every time I called they said we haven’t sent it up to our manager. I got an approval on January 17. I applied around 1 January. They gave me no information at all that they approved me on the 17th. Just moved to van buren pretty cool place the office staff is friendly and maintenance is pretty quick with getting things handled
It’s a very nice place. My fiancé and I just moved in and it’s great. The management is great too, if you have any questions about your apartment all you have to do is call and they are very helpful. The one who helped us her name is Makayela butler she is really nice and helpful.
