Other than the fact that the application process was fast, I do not recommend living here. Since the signing of my lease, I had asked at least twice to try to get the mold cleaned in my shower (once during move-in inspection and once over the phone). Both times I was told the mold was a "cosmetic" issue. Only got maintenance to "fix" it when I gave them photos of the issue on their resident site. Maintenance did not remove the original moldy caulking and simply put new caulking over it, which I will have to remove so it does... read more
Edited to add: since posting this review the company has retaliated in the form of threatening eviction. Do not rent from this company, they are malicious and petty. They also removed their response to this post where they lied about our numerous repair requests. Edit 2: they re-published the comment. Still not accurate and they do not answer inquiries. Lol where do I start? The people in the office here are some of the laziest people I’ve ever witnessed & I had a front row seat. I lived in a townhome sharing parking with these employees who parked in handy cap spots because they were too lazy to park like everyone else and blocked the sidewalk so my elder neighbor would have to walk through feet of snow and uneven ground to get to her home. There does not exist adequate words in any human language to describe how depraved of slumlords the management company here is and how they should be met with scorn and derision in any doorstep unfortunate to be darkened by their presence. Black mold, broken windows, and routine theft are the primary features of these apartments. All renovations and repair requests will be done cheap, if acknowledged at all.
