I've lived here almost a year now and I really love it. The apartments are spacious and bright, and I love the amount of storage (four closets for a 1BR and a storage cage in the basement!). The property is quiet, and all the trees and green spaces make it very pleasant. In good weather, I see lots of kids playing outside all day, every day, and there's even an ice cream truck that drives through. Run from Van Buren apartments!! Less than a month after I moved in, there are swarms of termites in my bedroom!! I have had 6 huge infestations in the last 3 weeks. I have woken up twice during that time period with termites crawling on me! Van buren's management just keeps sending an exterminator out , and I am done. Each time this happens my bed and clothes are crawling with termites and requires hours of clean up and laundry.
