Their hours are not correct! I needed a covid test for my son and I and they were closed by at least 9pm when online says 10pm and their phone says 9:30pm. They don’t return phone calls or even answer the phone during business hours. Life right now is hard as it is, urgent care could at least update their hours so people don’t get their hopes up for actually trying to be taken care of. Most people don’t get out of work until 8pm and have to pick up kids how are we suppose to work out scheduling if urgent care can’t even work... read more
I guess it's ok for a nurse practitioner to say f*** and s*** during a covid test multiple times. Not ok!!! Get it together Deya Abdelbaki!!! There are other ways to show concern. Also, if your so concerned about covid, then have your lobby rearranged so people are sitting 6ft apart. Extremely unprofessional.
this place is slow as hell!!! do not come here. they take no covid precautions and have terrible service. I've sat in the lobby for an hour and a half before getting a room and then another hour in the room before seeing the doctor. this place should be out of business if they don't have enough staff to function but instead probably get to bill your insurance company for you just sitting in their chair by the hour

I would never go to Van Buren urgent Care because of the commercial it's ridiculous. it's very unprofessional and doesn't make sense for a professional medical center
Dr. Abdelbaki was great My fiancé went in for one problem that he cured and he has helped him on the road to stop smoking. He sat with him and listened and explained everything, he offered to be an ear anytime. It is very rare to come across a doctor that is truly in it for the patients nowadays. He was genuine, professional and just an all around good guy.
