Slow staff. One even dropped a sunction catheter on the floor then used it on my trach. They shouldn't say they have the ability to care for tracheotomy patients as they clearly didn't. Another time, the sunction catheter was put in and the staff member held it there until my father yelled at them to remove it as it would affect my ability to breathe. One week in their rehab and I contracted pneumonia and left in an ambulance
The poor housekeepers never get a vacations. They deserve alot more than they actually get.
I love this place! The staff keeps the place running in tip top shape for the residents to feel comfy in their home.. I honestly dont want to work in any other facilities. This one is for me! The men and women continuously keep the upbeat happy vibe throughout the home..
