2025 2500 Diesel pickup truck, 14k miles on it. Oct 17th 2025 I was receiving a brake sensor error. Brought it into service I was told I needed pads AND rotors. Truck was never used for towing any type of heavy equipment. Almost $1800 later for the front pads and rotors. Next day, the brakes are squeaking nonstop. Stop by to drop the truck off for service, the service manager puts a piece of paper in front of me that says it's normal for the breaks to squek. Never heard such a thing in my life, especially for $100,000 truck.... read more
