We hired Van Buren Construction to build out an extension underneath our elevated house in a flood zone. We obtained bids from 5 GC's and we felt most comfortable with their quote because he had a plan to construct the walls in a way that would help prevent rain and flood waters from entering the room. We realized we had a leak that was starting to create huge damage throughout the house and needed someone fast. It was such a great experience during such a stressful time. Bernie was super helpful in explaining our options, Marco kept everything organized and on schedule, and Dylan worked nonstop to get the roof fixed quicker than I expected.
