I would not work with Van Bortel Ford. I had to have my car a 2024 Ford bronco with less than 10,000 miles towed in twice in the Last four months because it was not drivable. A failed battery and a failed coolant pump. The second time they questioned me on why it was being towed in since I had an appointment a week and a half later for an oil change. Dan the service writers was great He wrote down everything that I said was wrong, but unfortunately, they said they looked at it for some reason couldn’t fix it, screen kept telling me that window. Washer fluid was empty, even though it was full every time we started the car that was not repaired, also one of the tires rotated, but because I had six tires I didn’t quite understand what he meant by an up charge for taking the tire off and rotating them also had an oil change done and being old-school Sticker would be put in t... read more
