I have a 2014 escape, originally from Canada, with door latch issue. Turns out it’s on recall in Ford Canada. Team at Van Bortel figured out how to navigate recall politics to get all four door latches replaced under the recall campaign. Thank you! And car was returned in nice clean condition. Dan and Brian(serv adv’s) - thanks for taking the time to research this for me! Courtesy shuttle driver (Ralph) was an added nice service touchy. Great experience:)

NO FAIR FORD !!! Ford sends out rebate promotion coupons but when a service appointment is made the "soonest available" appointment is after the coupon expires.
I’ve purchased a few vehicles in my years. And out of all the car buying experiences this one by far topped them all. From finance, the deal, and delivery , Steve and Bryan were so personable. They took great care of me and I left with exactly what I was looking for. Thanks fellas
