this is our 3rd lease of Silverado from van bortel Chevrolet and now the 2nd recall that they do not cover on a Saturday --- guess customer service doesn't mean that much everything smooth until purchase then beware
I bought a used 95 Firebird from them and had the standard used car warranty. The AC didn't work within a couple of weeks after I purchased it. The AC and components were not covered under their used car warranty but they fixed it with a new compressor and a few other parts and did not charge me!! Before I picked the car up they also put on 4 new tires and new brakes on all 4 wheels. Great customer service!
