Goodyear on Vanborn Rd in Dearborn heights Michigan is terrible! Did faulty brake work on my vehicle. I took them to court, won my case for $680 dollars and they refuse to pay. Not only did they overcharge me for service, they used economy parts. I'm left with a whistling sound everytime I drive! The manager named Mike was so rude to me when I inquired on when I should expect payment. Do not take your car there!!!
I'm trying to let anybody know that's going to that Goodyear on beech Daly and Van Born I had my car in there and they did $1,500 worth of work on my car $240 for new two new tires on the front $14 for lug nuts they were used tires the lug nuts are different colors the cats are gone he charged me $384 for two hoses now my f****** car is overheating he said it was the reservoir it's not the reservoir I can't believe that he took me for a ride like that I am in home health care worker I don't know how the heck I'm going to get... read more
Got my front end done an I'm really not satisfied. I asked for my parts back an he said that they scrapped them.i was told 1500 for parts an labor. I bought parts for 100 an he knocked off 500 so it was 1000 labor I was great with it then I get a phone call telling me that so.e of parts didn't fit so they had to get bearing an then he tells me that they used all the parts???
