Unfortunately, my car decided to breakdown when I was about to enter car wash. Held up the business for about an hour. I felt so bad while waiting for tow truck and the process it took to get out of the way. Morgan, other staff members and management were incredibly helpful, understanding and empathetic. We never know when car issues will occur but when you are surrounded by kind and supportive people- the situation becomes easier and less stressful. Thanks again to everyone!!!
