Dr boggus is amazing however his main receptionist (blonde older lady) is extremely rude. She was rude both times I came in. My grandma is 94 years old. I have no id no insurance card for her. They were able to pull it up last time as it is on file in the mercy system. I return today for a follow up and to get her stitches removed walk in the office and she doesn’t greet me at all she looked at me and said “last name” I responded then she says “do you have ID and insurance?” I said no I don’t (I’m also assuming considering s... read more
First was in and out with minimal explanation. Second I had a broken wrist he wanted to put a plate and screws in it. He told me it was necessary. I didn't go through with it and it my be a little crooked but I am fine. The surgery was $20,000 I wonder why he wanted to perform it. Also, when refilling my prescription, i called them and with no call back to let me know they called it on the wrong date. well office closed at 4:30 so I used after hours line to call and his name was the one given for the doctor responding great ... read more
Still a little scarred by our visit to Dr Boggus. The way he talked to us was as if we were stupid people, and he was very rude and condescending, and wants to run out of the room as soon as possible (actually did run out in the middle of the conversation). Overall terrible bedside manner. Asking to switch doctors because don’t want to put myself & my family through that again.
I am 2 weeks post-op and I'm doing pretty good I thought I would be in a lot more pain than I am in but he's been able to keep it well tamed and I feel like I'm a little ahead of schedule as far as my recovery I'm able to get around a little bit now on my own and I'm looking forward to getting out and doing things that I used to do I have another surgery that I have to have 3 months from now and hoping that it goes as good as this one did
