RecommendedI have been living here a few years now and I have to say the office staff is great and always helpful. The apartments and townhouses are nice and the grounds are well kept. I would definitely recommend living here.

Recommendedi have been living at grant village for 11 years. the maintenance is good and always willing to help. the ladies in the office are always nice. it is a good neighborhood. it is alot safer then other parts of Syracuse. also it is nice that shop city is right around the corner. and the buses are easy to catch and located near by.

The maintenance is unparalleled to any other housing community. Our community is safe and filled with wonderful neighbors. If you are looking for an awesome place to call home, then I highly recommend Ridgedale Manor.
This place is a disgusting joke. What kind of place tows their own tenants cars during the day because they have real jobs and can’t leave work on the drop of a dime to move the car. Just scumbags
