Been here about four months. Two major water leaks, one requiring carpet replacement that has left a sour odor in my apartment. The pool is often closed and was closed for the season at 8 pm on 8/24/2018 with two weekends left in the season including Labor Day weekend. I am especially sad for the many families with children here who cannot use the pool. BTW, the kids in this complex are great.
