Her follow-up was excellent, and she was consistently responsive and on top of every detail. Most importantly, she was easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Van Ann Kim was amazing to work with as our buyer’s agent. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. She truly listened to what we wanted, guided us through every step, and helped us win our dream home in this competitive seller’s market. Her expertise and dedication made the buying process so much easier and, more importantly, successful. We highly recommend her!

Not having purchased or sold a home in 39 years, I felt like a total newbie in this process. Van Ann assisted me in navigating the entire process of both buying and selling and minimized my anxiety through completion of both transactions. Her knowledge and experience were so valuable and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
