I wish I could give zero stars. The way they treat potential customers is beyond me. You have to put your phone number on the website to even browse the vehicles, then, they will pester you by calling daily and leaving vague voice mails, not even saying what business they are calling from. I had to Google the number to find out it was them. I brought my car into VanAndel & Flikkema because I had multiple warning lights on. The car was driving fine, but the lights were on. I asked them to diagnose the problem. Originally I was told the Power Control Module would need to be replaced and that could be done under warranty. I was then told that the wiring harness would have to be replaced and it would be roughly $550. I told them I would pick up the car and decide what I was going to do after. Amazing service from buying a car to the service center! I was having no luck with finding a car for my day to day needs! Other dealerships were rude and unhelpful! Here is the place for success! We we in a car accident, we have a jeep, so we thought that they would be the best option. We were talking to our service rep and he seemed cool. We then got our jeep back and wow the body work done on it was Horrible. We complained and there was not much they could do for us.
