Just want to say how AMAZING the clinic and all of their employees are!!!! Anytime we have an emergency they are able to squeeze us in even when they are totally slammed. They will take excellent care of your fur babies!!!!
I brought my dog in because she was bleeding from her booty! The vet tested her poop and found no blood and he checked her glands and found nothing! Then told me I needed to come back and have them put her under so they could examine her butt more with a scope which would cost $300! I thought that sounded odd so I took her to Melissa vet and they found the issue right away without having to put her under her poor left anal gland was swollen and inflamed and they gave her antibiotics right away! Worst day of my life yesterday because I had to put my first love of 12 years down. However Dr. Lubber showed me compassion and honesty and helped me every step of the way with my Sophie. I know that’s her job but other places wouldn’t have been like that. She met me on a Sunday morning to do everything she could for Sophie but it was just mommas time to go.
