Had my items in storage here for less than a year and rats and spiders infested my storage unit. Rats tore through every box and bag, and tore a hole in my near new mattress to live in. On top of that there was water damage to many of my items causing them to be covered in mold. I also had spiders in EVERY box due to rats chewing holes through every box.
