I was truly upset with my last visit. Everything started out well and went south from there. I went in to see a new doctor, and my regular doctor was unavailable. The conversation was nice with the doctor/PA. But the follow-through was where it all went wrong. At the end of the appointment, I was supposed to receive documents that I could take with me and a few prescriptions called in. I was alerted that the documents would not be available until Monday.
