Don't EVER MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! They don't clean the buildings, they are old and falling apart. There is mold in the bathrooms, my toilet has been broken since yesterday and I am unable to flush it. My stove has been broke since I moved in and they keep saying nothing is wrong. So now I can only cook on 2 of the eyes. They have several violations that have still not been addressed. I keep going but my blood is boiling. Oh and they have had 3 property management companies in 2 years!
Have lived here for 2.5 years. In the spring, the building was acquired by KPL Management and I was hopeful they’d be an improvement over the last property manager. They were not. The building is in a general state of disrepair. Exterior doors are broken, allowing anyone to enter the building. Despite repeated complaints, the parking garage door has been open for weeks and tonight several cars in the garage were vandalized.
